Observed ED-5 engine ST210 parked on the old Northbound at Tri City. Crew ran out of time, Parked on the Northampton runner at CPR16 aloaded Mt Tom train waiting its turn into the plant with NS 9255(Operation Lifesaver 25h Anniversay paint), 9088, and 8563. (2 dash9's and a C39-8)
